Dear people concern, below is stated a few rules and regulations that will hopefully serve as a guideline of sorts to all participants in attendance. The Organizing Committee hopes that all in question will comply to the regulations to ensure that this event is a success and runs as smoothly as possible.
DO...
Be punctual. An itinerary has been prepared for the event and we hope to keep to the schedule as to avoid any unnecessary delays in timings.
Be attentive and and try not to distract or interrupt a session or a speaker while they are delivering their speeches.
Be honest and truthful should you find any belongings of other delegates.
Ask questions! The Organizing Committee has put together many activities such as question and answer sessions and dialogue sessions. Therefore, all of you are greatly encouraged to ask questions and participate actively (!)
Take care of your belongings. Please understand that none of the Organizing Committee or personnel of Sri Aman Secondary High School are responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged personal belongings of delegates.
Be helpful and friendly towards each other. All the delegates will be staying together for a whole week and if we can all get along merrily it will make for a better event all together.
Respect all the other delegates as you would yourself. We understand that there are many of you from various cultural backgrounds and we hope that there are not any complications in this area.
Be cautious and alert. There are many of you and as we will be sightseeing around the city and such, we hope that none of you will stray from the group.
Be polite and avoid using foul language that may offend or upset anyone around.
No smoking is allowed throughout the duration of this event.
Participants and committee members are
not allowed to visit the opposite gender’s dorms.
Participants and committee members are not allowed to hang
clothes along the corridor.
Participants and committee members are not allowed to bring
their own kettle.
